Native of Colombia, former Roman Catholic priest, is now a Retired Episcopal priest, with a long training in philosophy, theology and psychology at universities in Colombia, Rome and USA. He has published nine books in Colombia, Spain and USA. He was nominated “peritus” of one of the Preparatory Commissions of the Second Vatican Council by Pope John XXIII, and was the Secretary of the Liturgical Department of CELAM (Latin American Council of Bishops). His opinions created some friction with the Catholic Hierarchy; for that reason he chose to come to United States where he lives with his wife in Carmel Valley, California.
